It's Go Time!

It was a pretty happy evening in the Bozz household last night. First of all, we are on the cusp of the NCAA men's basketball tournament, so that is always a plus. Then you have the fact that the Tiffing Lady Dragons accomplished a sweep of their opponent in softball last night. Finally, my other niece that plays softball also won her high school game last night.

There is a lot to be excited about!

Tiffin took down my wife's alma matter 8 to 3 in the first game and 2 to 1 in the second game. The cool thing is, their coach always buys them ice cream when they get a sweep. I was talking to my niece this morning and she said since it was 20 degrees out by the time they finished the second game, the team opted to get their ice cream on a different day! I don't blame them!

There is a chance @mrsbozz and I might travel down to Tiffin this weekend to watch a couple of her games in person. We were supposed to next month, but due to some issues with Jovi, we won't be able to make that trip.

Meanwhile, the second set of play-in games were completed last night for the NCAA tournament. I was watching a bit of the Grambling State versus Montana State game and although it started out in Montana States favor, by halftime Grambling State had finally caught up to them. I'm happy to see that it went into overtime and the fans were treated to a 88 to 81 victory by Grambling State.

You have to remember, these are only the play-in games! The real action hasn't even started yet!

Meanwhile, Colorado beat Boise State 60 to 53 to secure their #10 position in the bracket.

Just a little bit after noon today the real action starts with my very own Michigan State Spartans taking on Mississippi State in a 9 versus 8 match up. You better believe I will have it on her in my office. Work be damned!

Besides that, we have another 15 games happening today. If you like college basketball, this time of year is definitely for you. The addition of build your own multi-view to YouTube TV is going to get used quite heavily over the next couple of weeks in my household.

If you aren't able to catch all the action today and you were only able to watch one or two games, these are the ones I would focus on...

Michigan State/Mississippi State (of course!), Colorado State/Texas, Nevada/Dayton, Samford/Kansas.

Don't take my word for it though, watch for yourself!

You best believe I will be back tomorrow with all the results and the games you should carve some time out for on Friday!
