Being quiet gets you nowhere.

Let me start with Leo. One of my goals for 2023 is to do LPUD every month. I did my first ever in December 2022.

With eight days to go I just might hit the minimum of 150 Leo needed. Is is or still is 150?

This leads into my first statement about being quiet. If I was not writing a Leo post a day I would not even be close.

And believe me there is nothing easy about writing every day. I am sure I put out more shit posts they I do honey posts. At least according to some or lack there of votes I get.

But imagine if I missed LPUD by one Leo and I did not post for a few days. That might just put me over the top.

BBH

I have been talking more about BBH lately, posting, replying to comments about it, explaining it. And I am having results.

Just for reference.

I find that buy order lists for 2nd layer tokens is a good indicator of interest. And BBH has its biggest list yet.

The point? You guessed it. I have stopped be quiet. Hoping people would stumble across BBH or see the tipping of BBH and wonder what it was.

That did not work to well.

So. Time to make some noise.

Quiet no more.

I totally get what you are saying. Keeping quiet will not bring any upvotes. No more than going back to bed with a another pile of books will help me catch up on all the stuff I should be doing. But sometimes small steps will have to count as a victory. Getting out of bed at all.

What's your advice for those days when doing anything at all seems pointless since someone else has probably done it before, and better?

My advice: Do it anyway.

I know for sure I am nowhere near the best writer. I know my topics can be different. I can say and do things people don't like.

1252 straight days posting. They counts. That is my dedication. I will get better writing with time.

So, do it anyway.

People need to make themselves known otherwise it's hard to succeed here on hive and I think one way is to post and then engage. Also, good luck on getting enough LEO for LPUD.

Talking about thing we care for is good. For good or for bad, the most successful people in our "modern" world are those who get the most media exposure, right...
I have a question about BBH. I see in my Hive-Engine wallet some SWAP.HIVE transfers with this memo: "Daily payout based on your BBH balance.". That's awesome, good to see some return of the investments ;)
These drips don't happen on a daily basis though? Sometimes once a week, I am not able to see a pattern. Is that a bug or a feature?

You write good posts! You do a fantastic job.
Don't cut yourself down. I understand though. I do it - cut myself down off and on. Don't do that! 😆
I am interested in BBH now and didn't realize I could just type !BBH in my comments. It's so simple yet I had some difficulty at first understand the entire concept of Hive for awhile. I had an idea but really didn't get it. It was difficult for me to focus so I couldn't take in the meaning of things. But I am now 😃
