Success Pledge

You want to be successful on Hive. Obviously or you would not be reading this, and you would not be on Hive.

Below is the Pledge from Grant Cardone that I read every day but I am going to change some of the wording, so it relates to Hive.

I believe you should write it down, print it out, put in on your computer so that every time you go on Hive you remind yourself of why you are here.

“I pledge a commitment to My Success. My Family’s Success and to the Successful Survival of Hive.

Success is not an option for me but something I insist upon achieving!

Success is not something others can give me, nor is it something the government or the economy can provide me.

Success is not determined by luck, chance, race, creed, color or religion but is dependent upon hard work, creativity, follow through and persistence.

I refuse to not have My Success. I refuse to quite prior to achieving My Success and I will do everything ethical in claiming my right to My Success.”

Now if that is to much for you to write down or print off do the simple version.

“My Success is My Duty, My Obligation and My Responsibility.” – Grant Cardone

Along with writing down my goals when I get out of bed in the morning and before I go to sleep, every day, I make sure I read my Success Pledge.

I am not saying that you are going to be able to stick to it every day, we, at least I am, human.

But we have to give it 100 per cent effort every time we sit down in front of our keyboard. Either writing a blog post, commenting or up voting. And in offline life.

Goal Pledges

Use your success pledge in conjunction with your goals. For example, I have a goal of doing the LPUD every month this year. As there is 12 months in the year and a minimum of 150 leo per LPUD. I am at 2000 Leo with one LPUD under my belt. So, a min of 1650 to go. So, my goal pledge to myself for Leo is a minimum of 5000 by the end of 2023.

Do what others refuse to do

Only a select few on Hive take the time to write something every day. You should aim, not only aim, but you should also do what others refuse to do and that is post every single day.

I hear a lot that people have nothing to write about. How can you change that? Look at your life, read, read, read, and then read more. Blog posts, things you are interested in. The more you know the more you will find something to write about.

Engage with people, comment on their blog post, comment as often as you can. Up vote, up vote comments. If you don’t engage with people, either by doing it first, or after they do, how do you expect people to get to know you. Sure, some people may just because they like you post. But use the hook. If they comment on your post, respond. If you read a post you like, comment. You will get more known. You will be amazed at what happened.

I am not at 670 followers for sitting down and doing nothing. I do what most others do not do. You need to do the same.

Be Willing to Fail

You know, in truth, it is impossible to fail. You make a post, you get 2 upvotes, and no comments. You feel like you failed. In truth you did not fail. You succeed. You posted. That is a win. And the more you do that the more you will get wins. So, yes be willing to fail because there is no such thing.

Do those things that challenge you the most

My finial thoughts for this post. Most people tell me that on Hive, posting every day and engaging with others is the most challenging thing they find to do. Just facking do it. If that is your biggest challenge. Just do it.

I must give credit to my Cardone University training for these ideas and topics today.

And thank you for taking the time to read.

Things tend to be slow in the beginning but it takes time to build a following. So I think consistency is key.
