Trying to onboard a giant fish to Hive... Part two.

Part two... I don't know how many parts there will be.

As I talked about last night, I am trying to onboard what I consider a giant fish to Hive.

I mentioned that last nights post and a video post on 3speak.tv that I did this morning would be sent directly to Vanessa as Cardone University Canada. As being my friend and business acquaintance she will be wonderful on Hive.

I sent her both. And waited. As I am in Newfoundland and her in Vancouver British Columbia a big time difference.

I am trying to sell Hive to someone that sells sales training, or at least supports people that do the sales training.

To dig little deeper into that. Onboarding people is not easy, selling people is not easy. Feeling like you are imposing on people is not easy.

I brought the imposing part up, in my video I believe and had a fantastic reply from Vanessa.

To start and it made me feel so good on a personal level that I am never imposing when talking about things. Weather it be personal, business or Hive. Then she reminded me of a few things.

If you believe in something 100 percent and you know it is going to benefit others then it is your duty to sell them on it. In this case for me it is Hive.

It takes 8 to 12 contacts with someone about the same thing to make a sale. 80 percent of the time.

You are not imposing on anyone if you 100 percent believe in Hive. It is your duty, for them, to work on them to get them onboarded.

One thing I always believed, and I was wrong, is not to bother my family with my ideas. You know how it goes. I am not going to bother my brother, sister, mother, father, aunt, uncle, etc, I don't want to impose on family.

If you cannot ask your family to join Hive and you 100 percent believe in Hive, how the hell are you going to get strangers, acquaintances, to join? You won't.

Start with your power base. That is family, friends of family, friends, enemies, teachers, anyone you know and then people you know.

The saying goes the biggest sale you make is your first sale. The rest are easy compared to that. The same will go for Onboarding to Hive.

Vanessa sent me screen shots of how she still has all the tabs open on her browser that I sent her for joining Hive. I used the LeoFinance Onboarding.

I think I may only be on my 6th contact about Hive with her. 2 to 6 to go.

Then she mentioned her father. She is not on Hive yet and she is talking about Onboarding her father.

I think my fishing is working it.

Vanessa also added a video to my Cardone University training for me to watch. I did. It was about how selling something you believe in is not imposing.

I am super excited with my progress.
