THE ZEAL IN ME TO BE A BOSS

There is no feeling like being free from the control of people.To me it's argueably the best feeling anyone can experience.i understand the fact that all finger are not the same as some of us might have to work under someone for survival.

My experience with organizations that I have work for has always want me to want to be my own boss and start my business no matter how small it is.i happened to be the type of guy that have worked for several organizations and I can tell you that no matter the amount of millions you are been paid it is always better you are a boss of your own.

Not all organizations will treat you right.sometime you might be very unlucky to be working with a boss who is very troublesome in every way.no matter what you do you are never going to be applauded.

Some years ago I happened to be working for club as a waiter,then I had this stubborn supervisor who was not always pleased with whatever any of the workers does.there was this particular I had a misunderstanding with one of the customers,the whole story was that the customer bought drinks worth almost two hundred thousand naira and as a waiter part of my job is to watch the customers and make sure they don't run away with the clubs money.

But on that faithful day it happened that this particular customer wanted to go away with my money so I have to rush after him and fortunately I was able to stylishly bring him back to the club with the help of the securities.while I was trying to tell the customer to pay his money before living he slapped and my supervisor and fellow waiter were there watching the whole scenerio but I could not retaliate because of the policy and rule guiding us as waiters so I just have to helplessly let it go and eventually the customer paid and left.

After the whole incident my supervisor still went ahead to put the blame on me for not watching him and yet he witness the whole scenerio,how it all started and ended.thats just the type of troublesome boss he is.

Apart from the experience with troublesome bosses,I feel like it will be more paying for me to own and run my business because each time we are been paid salary I tried calculate what the organization is paying to what we are making individually on monthly basis.to me the whole things seem to look like slavery but just been covered up by paying peanuts.but in a situation where I am on my own doing my own business I won't be enslave to anybody because I will be in control of what I do.

Working under someone never give you any freedom,this one major issues that runs in my head working under someone,I barely have time to do anything for myself as most of my time is been spent at work.sometimes my service will be requested which I can't refuse.

All of this are reasons why I really want to be a boss of my own.i derive joy in being on my own and possibly paying people to work for Me.although am not planning on being a stubborn or troublesome boss like the ones I have met.My attributes is always to be nice to my fellow humans no matter my position in life.
