Learn to be reactive with your business.

One of the biggest things weighing me down in my life when I was younger is that I was always making plans and getting upset when those plans did not work. I would get up in the morning and map out how my life would play out during the day and really get worked up when things didn't go to plan.

At some point I learned to let go of this but anytime I take my hand to something new it's always the case that I catch myself planning for things and getting upset when they don't work out -- I've had to really watch myself on the ever changing and expanding cryptoverse.

Obviously at times there is a need for planning. Like when I get together with one or two others and plan ahead our future for BRO and so on. There needs to be a plan in place so that we know what goals we are trying to reach. Being reactive to the macroenvironment with no planning in place can be a bad idea.

But when it comes to planning ahead for Hive price, Bitcoin price, or even BRO price it's always best to be reactive. I say that because the future isn't written yet and almost anything can happen at any given time. For instance someone may really like the concept of BRO and keep buying every little left they have on the market. But then similarly one of my Dragons may have life issues and need to sell out right away.

These are things that you just can't plan for and there needs to be some sort of plan in place for when you need to "react" to the market in the moment. If I didn't do this, like when big holds we have had, have reduced to almost nothing then we'd be in the shit for sure. That's when the reactive thinking comes up best.

I've stopped trying to predict any prices now. It's just impossible. The best way to judge a project is to understand the core team. Are they invested, or are they just in it for the money? Do they love and care for what they have, or are they just fleecing everyone for every little cents they have? Indicators like such are key when looking at projects for investment.

But I'll admit, anything can happen. I've seen sparkling projects with glowing references from outstanding people completely go down the shitter. And that's why it's good to have a few quick thinkers on your team, people that can think in the moment. For when things start to go south.

And sadly that's the way it is with 99% of crypto projects out there right now. There is just no staying power. When things go south then so do the teams and staff. They dump all their tokens, and the core team get so disillusioned that they just give up and leave. There's no-one to sit there and say hey! Damn, we can do this, look, we can just amend these few things and boom, slowly we get good again.

I'm not judging though. I mean business ownership is not for everyone. They say 99% of businesses will fail in the first year and that's without a volatile cryptomarket behind it either. This is my second business and I will say this is definitely cur from a very different cloth. It's way harder to keep control of than say just a normal one is.

That's why I've surrounded myself with good people. It's not only me and the team that have helped BRO be what it is, but the community has played a big part in it too.

So yeah, as well as having well laid up plans, better get those reactive thinkers in there too. They are great for contingency planning!
