Hello Hive Turkey Family,

Yazıma başlamadan önce buradaki herkese teşekkür etmek istiyorum iyi ki varsınız.(Her ne kadar buraya sık giremesem de elimden geldiğince buraya yazılan yazılara yorum yapıp, oy vermeye çalışıyorum.)
Şu son bir kaç günde hive platformuna girmeye vakit bulamıyordum. Biliyorsunuz ki 06.02.2023 tarihinde Türkiye de büyük bir deprem meydana geldi. Depremden etkilenen illerde yaşayanlara büyük geçmiş olsun demek istiyorum.

Before I start my article, I would like to thank everyone here, I am glad that you are here. (Although I can't go here often, I try to comment and vote on the articles written here as much as I can.)
In the last few days, I haven't had time to get into the hive platform. You know that a big earthquake occurred in Turkey. I want to say a great past to those living in the provinces affected by the earthquake.

DEPREM HAFTASINDA YAŞADIKLARIM

WHAT I EXPERIENCED DURING THE EARTHQUAKE WEEK

Deprem olduğunu ilk öğrendiğimde depremden etkilenen Malatya ilinde yaşayan halam aklıma geldi. Halamla hemen iletişime geçmeye çalıştık ama operatörlerden dolayı sesini duyup iyi olduğunu zar zor öğrenip telefonu kapatmak zorunda kaldık. Hemen ardından Mersinde yaşayan halamları da arayıp onlarında iyi olduğunu öğrendikten sonra içime bir rahatlama geldi.

When I first learned that there was an earthquake, I thought of my aunt who lives in the province of Malatya that was affected by the earthquake. We tried to contact my aunt immediately, but because of the operators, we could barely hear her voice and find out she was fine and had to hang up. Immediately afterwards, after I called my aunts living in Mersin and learned that they were fine with them, I was relieved.

Depremin ilk gününde üyesi olduğum topluluktan telefonuma gelen bir mesaj ile birlikte evden hızlıca hazırlanıp elimden geldiğince ihtiyaç listesinde olan bazı şeyleri almak için çıktım. İhtiyaçları aldıktan sonra topluluğumun bulunduğu binaya gidip aldıklarımı kendi ellerimle teslim ettim. İlk gün binada o kadar yoğunluk vardı ki, her yer her yerdeydi. Bir yanda boş koli yapan arkadaşlarım bir yanda yardım getirilen 2. el kıyafetleri ayıran orada ki kadınlar bir yandan da kolilere doldurulan erzaklar ve diğerleri. Hemen montumu çıkarıp bende yardım ettim. İlk gün gece 00.00 civarıydı eve girdiğimde, çok yorulmuştum yemek bile yemeyip direkt odama girip uyuduğumu hatırlıyorum.

On the first day of the earthquake, I received a message on my phone from the community I was a member of, and I left home to get ready quickly and get some things that were on the list of needs as much as I could. After receiving the necessities, I went to the building where my community was located and delivered what I bought with my own hands. On the first day, there was so much density in the building that it was everywhere. On the one hand, my friends who make empty parcels, on the other hand, the women there who separate the 2nd hand clothes that are brought to help, and on the other hand, the provisions stuffed in the boxes and others. I immediately took off my coat and ı helped. When I entered the house around 00:00 on the first day, I was very tired, I remember not even eating but going straight into my room and sleeping.

Depremin ikinci gününde tekrar yardım için evden çıktım bu sefer inanılmaz bir manzara ile karşılaştım. Hiç tanımadığımız insanlar bize yardım etmek için bulunduğum binaya gelmişlerdi. O günde aynı şekilde boş koli yapıp kolileri erzaklarla doldurduk ve yine eve gece geç saatte gittim. Depremin üçüncü günü ikinci günden daha kalabalıktık. Yoldan geçen gençler mi dersiniz, çorbada bizimde tuzumuz olsun deyip kolilere yardım eden kadınlar mı dersiniz orada ki atmosfer çok başka bir şeydi. Üçüncü günün akşam üstünde ilk üç günde yapılan koli yardımları binada bize yardım etmek için bulunan kadın, erkek, genç hepsi bir arada dört kat boyunca zincir gibi tek sıra halinde dizilip kolileri bir tıra yüklediler. Tır, Hatay bölgesinde ki depremzedelere doğru yola çıkmak üzere İstanbul'dan ayrıldı. Sonra ki günler de aynı şekilde devam etti ve ben her gün eve geç saatlerde gelip banyo yapmaya bile fırsat bulamadan uyuyakalıyordum çünkü içimi bir nebze olsun o şekilde rahatlatabiliyordum.

On the second day of the earthquake, I came out of the house again for help, this time I encountered an incredible view. People we never knew came to the building I was in to help us. On that day, we made empty parcels in the same way and filled the boxes with provisions and went home late at night again. On the third day of the earthquake, we were more crowded than the second day. Whether you say the young people passing by, the women who help the parcels by saying that we should have a hand in, the atmosphere there was something very different. In the evening of the third day, the parcel donations made in the first three days, the women, men and young people who were in the building to help us all lined up in a single line like chains over four floors and loaded the parcels onto a truck. The truck left Istanbul to set off for the earthquake victims in the Hatay region. The days that followed went on in the same way, and I fell asleep every day without even having a chance to come home late and take a bath because I could relax a little bit like that.


Bu arkadaşın adı Süleyman. Annesi Fransız, babası ise Cezayirli. Kendisi hiç Türkçe bilmeden depremin ilk gününden itibaren bizimle birlikte çalıştı.

This friend's name is Süleyman. His mother is French and his father is Algerian. He worked with us from the first day of the earthquake without knowing any Turkish.

Son bir kaç günde yine aynı toplulukla İstanbul'a gelen depremzedelere temiz kıyafet, erzak, hijyen setleri hatta yatak ve yorgan yardımına devam ediyoruz. Bugün depremin 12. günü psikolojik olarak hepimiz çok yıprandık. Bu süreçte yardım eden herkese çok teşekkürler.

In the last few days, we continue to provide clean clothes, supplies, hygiene sets and even beds and quilts to the earthquake victims who came to Istanbul with the same community. Today is the 12th day of the earthquake, we are all psychologically very worn out. Many thanks to everyone who helped in this process.
