Fried Rice My Way

Greetings @HiveLearners friends, food lovers, this time I want to share with you a dish I prepared for my family with few ingredients I had at home. I wanted to pamper my children since they love to eat this fried rice, but in my own way since I prepared it without some ingredients that this popular rice has and I also substituted the paprika for sweet bell pepper since I didn't have paprika at home.
Sometimes we deprive ourselves to prepare a dish for not having all the ingredients for the preparation, but this does not stop us because with what we have at home at that time I know it will be great, then I show you the step by step of how I make this delicious preparation.

Step by step of the preparation

The ingredients I use are the following:

Salt to taste soy sauce
2 cups of cooked rice
Two pieces of chicken
4 branches of scallions
4 sausages
3 sweet chili peppers
1 onion

The first step is to prepare the two cups of rice, put two and a half cups of water on the fire once it boils put the two cups of rice and salt to taste. Once the rice is cooked reserve it for later use.

Then chop the chives and reserve them in a cup. Then cut the onion into julienne strips and fry it in a pan with a little oil until it is crystalline and reserve it for later use.

Then I washed the chili peppers, removed the seeds and cut them into julienne strips and sautéed them in a pan with a little oil and reserved them for later use.

I saved the scallion stalks to plant in a pot and later have my own scallion harvest at home.

The next step was to cut the four sausages in circles and put them to boil in a pot with water once they were ready I strained them in the colander and set them aside.

Cut the chicken pieces into small squares, then I took them to the frying pan with a little oil and salt to taste and cooked them until golden brown

To make the final preparation I took the tortera I have to make cakes at home because it is the only large utensil where you can fit all these ingredients to be integrated.

I placed the tortera on the stove and then I put the reserved ingredients such as rice, sausage, chicken, chili, onion and a little bit of oil.

To give the characteristic color to this rice I added a good amount of soy sauce, then I mixed it very well and when everything was well mixed I cooked it for about 2 minutes.

To finish I turned off the heat and put the chopped chives that I had reserved because the chives in my opinion is the main ingredient of this preparation, without it nothing makes sense.I hope this simple dish that I made for my children is to your liking and encourage you to prepare it.
