Give Your Money Purpose!
Have you noticed how no matter how broke we are, we always find money to pay our bills? You might be hungry, but you’ll surely be able to buy data so you can access the internet. Things may be bad, but you’ll be able to eat at least a full meal in a day. Somehow, some way, we end up paying up our rent even though things look like they’re not getting better.
When all these happen, we’re left empty and even worse off than before. We feel like we’re using our last card to get these things done and after they’re accomplished we have nothing else to go on, leaving us broke. And that is how we’ll be for a long time.
However, why do you think that’s the case? Could it be that we’re only wired to be stuck in the rat race and only take care of bills? Or are we only supposed to keep on working hard with ridiculously little to show for it? Or maybe, we’re just going about everything all wrong.
If you ask anyone, what they want, they’ll tell you they want more money. And that is the only reason people keep working harder and harder. They work at their place of employment and also hustle it out in their side gigs as well, all so that they can get more of that paper. However, does all this make any difference? After all, as their earnings increase, so does their standard of living. So basically, it’s back to square one but in a better condition.
Where am I going with all this?
I’m simply trying to point out how futile it can be to chase money without having a plan or vision for it, it seldom comes. Someone can tell you they want a hundred billion dollars, and if you ask them what they want to do with such an amount, they have no concrete reason. They simply want to be rich. But that’s not how it works. In our subconscious, logic doesn’t always get the upper hand.
You have to convince yourself that you need that money, and you’ll find the best way to get it. Many of us can make millions per year, but because it doesn’t come in that bulk, we never really notice. And also, we have all these tiny harmless spendings that eat away at the money. They look and feel harmless, but have a great capacity to dwindle our funds.
When you realize that you need it, you’ll adjust your spending habits just so you can accommodate it. You’ll pace yourself so you’ll know just what to do so you’ll be able to afford it. That’s why many of us never fail on rent, because you know just what you have to do to be able to pay for it. We also know well enough to keep money aside for data and feeding, so that no matter how bad things get, we’ll always be able to get them.
Let’s not leave it at that. We all have dreams of being rich, but let’s make them substantial! How do you want to get rich? Is it by becoming an actor? A developer? A writer? What does it take to become rich in your field? And how do you start? You’ll realize the first investment you have to make and set your mind that it’s your goal. And then, just like with the rent and feeding money, you adjust your lifestyle to fit it in. Sometimes, this adjustment takes place without even you knowing, you just realized that something you thought was difficult for you to afford, and you suddenly paid it off easily! That was because, in your mind, you decided to set it as a goal!
Of course, there are times when there’ll be obstacles and unforeseen circumstances that will come to derail you. No one expects accidents and misfortunes, but they happen anyway, seeing as no one is immune. In such situations, it’ll be best to regroup and get yourself back in order before continuing with the chase of your goals.
Making it in life is not easy, but it’s also not that difficult. It can simply be a case of changing the lens through which you view life and choosing a new path to follow.
So, my dear friends, be sure to sharpen your dreams into goals and be intentional about them. When you go after money, have a vision or plan for them. It could be investments, business, or whatever rocks your boat. Just have a plan and work towards it. Then, right before your eyes, watch it happen!

The rat race is indeed real and getting stuck in it is something that we all are still battling with.
I do hope that we will be able to learn to give our money purpose instead of mindlessly squandering and spending on reckless things that leave us high and dry at the end of the year.

For us to be able to break away, we have to think differently and act differently and be willing to take risks.

The truth is that the higher one earn, the higher one's needs become but setting plans and trying to live by it helps one in attaining a desired height in life.
This is very true. I try so hard not to be in this category as I try to segment my earnings even before it comes. One I get my pay, I save what I have agreed to save and foot my bills with what is left. If we don't make plans, we are prone to buy anything and flaunt money extravagantly.
Yeah... even before the money comes, it's already properly dissected and accounted for. So, the moment it hits the bank, you begin shipping it off! Then, we begin the long wait for the next paycheck.

Yeah... when you have plans for the money, you'll be motivated to go harder for it. You'll do everything possible to make sure you raise that money!
Dreams, wishes and desire will remain what they are except actions are taken by making strategic plans.
And, money is attracted to value, if you have value to offer, (product and services) then you can get money because people will pay to get your product/services.

Yeah... it may not be so easy to remain focused, what with everything that's happening, but we have to always remind ourselves that there's a reason to everything. And as long as we're intentional about what we're after, it'll be a bit easier for us to remain on track.

When we have no plans, no matter how big we earn in a day, it will never be enough for us. We all need to adjust, plan and know what we are after, else we may end up chasing money and dreaming to be rich some day but never get at it.
It'll never be enough without a plan! If not we just keep on chasing money that will never come, simply because we've never given it a reason to!

I think it's not to difficult to arrange the money if we dedicated to earn it. In case of mobile data, rent feel and food, we know that it's our need and we can't go without those means there is no scap way from those things and that is the reason somehow we were able to manage it.
They're vital, which shows why we'll always be able to pay for them. No matter what. If we make our dreams vital as well, then the funding would not be a problem either.
Outlining your goals is important to go make you have or acquire more. Yes, we want more money and overstress yourselves. This suppose not to be. Working without planning can fall back to be fiasco
Indeed... without a plan, you can even make a lot of money and end up not knowing that because you keep spending every little thing that comes by on frivolities. That's just how important having plans are.
