Na úvod se musím přiznat, že jsem trochu zazmatkoval. Honí se mi hlavou myšlenky jak pokračovat v této soutěži a tak se mi vloudila chyba do soutěžních fotografií.
At the outset, I have to admit that I got a little confused. I have thoughts running through my head about how to continue this competition, and that's how a bug crept into my competition photos.

Do právě hodnoceného kola soutěže bylo totiž přihlášeno pět fotografií. Porotě na českém discordu jsem však předložil k hodnocení fotografií šest. „Vloudila“ se mi tam fotografie, která měla soutěžit až v 52 kole soutěže. Nechci však „kazit“ práci poroty a tak budeme mít na dnešním výletu s ATW celkem šest zastávek.
Five photos were submitted to the currently evaluated round of the competition. However, I submitted six photos to the jury on the Czech discord for evaluation. A photo that was supposed to compete in the 52nd round of the competition was "intruded" on me. However, I don't want to "spoil" the work of the jury, so we will have a total of six stops on today's trip with ATW.
Dřív, než se vypravíme na nedělní výlet s ATW, mám dvě pravidelné poznámky:

Before we head out on Sunday's trip with ATW, I have two regular notes:

Náš dnešní výlet zahájíme pro změnu zase v Praze. Náš „dvorní fotograf“ @phortun si udělal nenáročnou procházku po parku v pražských Stodůlkách. Prý poslal fotografickou pozvánku na výlet „jen“ do počtu, abychom měli zajištěn tradiční začátek výletu. Porota však byla jiného názoru. Fotografie získala jednu ze dvou třetích cen.
We will start our trip today again in Prague for a change. Our "court photographer" @phortun took an easy walk through the park in Prague's Stodůlky. He said he sent a photo invitation to the trip "just" to the number so that we would have a traditional start to the trip. However, the jury had a different opinion. The photo won one of two third prizes.
Španělskou krajinu jsme už několikrát mohli na našich výletech obdivovat. Dnes se ale podíváme do parku El Retiro v Madridu, kam nás na večerní procházku pozval @emiliorios.

Jaká první věc se vám vybaví v hlavě, když se řekne (napíše) Egypt? Většině z vás, asi stejně jako mě, „vyskočí“ před očima pyramidy. Tak na ty dnes zapomeňte. Podíváme se do povodí středního Nilu. @xaviduran navštívil místo zvané Edfú a na své fotografické pozvánce nám zprostředkoval pohled do vnitřních prostor chrámu faraona Ptolemaia. Fotografie získala speciální cenu s právem účasti na doplňkové soutěži o nejlepší fotografii měsíce května.
What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you say (write) Egypt? Most of you, probably like me, "jump" at the sight of the pyramid. So forget about them today. Let's look at the middle Nile basin. @xaviduran visited a place called Edfú and gave us a look inside the temple of Pharaoh Ptolemy on his photo invitation. The photo received a special prize with the right to participate in the additional competition for the best photo of the month of May.
Myslel si někdo z vás, že se dnes nepodíváme do Austrálie? Chyba. Opět tu máme dvě zastávky. První je na Golden Coast, konkrétně v Esplanade South Park, Paradise point. @new.things si to tady dobře prohlédl aby nás sem mohl pozvat :-). Fotografie získala druhou cenu.

Některá místa mají stejné názvy. Příkladem je Kangaroo Island, kam nás opět pozval @vcclothing. Já hledal tento ostrov u břehů Tasmánie. Bylo mi však autorem fotografie vysvětleno, že tento ostrov leží několik set kilometrů severněji u jižního pobřeží Austrálie a to u města Adelaide. Konečně jsme se dočkali klokanů, podle kterých se ostrov jmenuje. Fotografie získala první cenu.
Some places have the same names. An example is Kangaroo Island, where @vcclothing invited us again. I was looking for this island off the coast of Tasmania. However, it was explained to me by the author of the photo that this island is several hundred kilometers further north on the southern coast of Australia, near the city of Adelaide. We finally got to see the kangaroos after which the island is named. The photo won first prize.
A teď zpátky do Evropy. Naši poslední zastávku tohoto výletu si uděláme v rezervaci Sine wiry na pozemcích zrušené vesnice Zawój (Bieszczady) nedaleko hranic s Ukrajinou. Tuto pozvánku jsme sice dostali až na příští neděli, ale jak jsem psal v úvodu, podařilo se mi ji zařadit už do dnešního výletu. Snad se @klub-wloczykijow nebude zlobit, že musí udělat novou pozvánku :-). Fotografie získala druhou třetí cenu.
And now back to Europe. We will make our last stop on this trip in the Sine wiry reserve on the grounds of the abandoned village of Zawój (Bieszczady) near the border with Ukraine. We didn't receive this invitation until next Sunday, but as I wrote in the introduction, I managed to include it in today's trip. Hopefully @klub-wloczykijow won't be angry that he has to make a new invitation :-). The photo won second third prize.
Dnešní výlet máme za sebou. Jsem zvědav, jaká místa navštívíme na posledním výletu třetího ročníku soutěže příští neděli.
