That is a lot of peppers @daysiselena! How lovely and big they are. I'm sure you will make a delicious meal with them. I usually chop peppers into a salad. My favourite is the yellow pepper but here in SA they are not easy to find. I love stuffing them with a savoury rice and roast garlic, onion and egg plant for a wonderful meal.
