Fungi Friday: There's still more to see part deux

Can you have too many mushrooms and/or fungi in a single posting? This is a good question as I might be pushing the limit again here.

Oh by the way this is Stephanie here typing away on this post. My boss is off rolling around in the dirt or whatever they do. I'm not really sure.

I was given a huge amount of photos to sift through and was asked to post on their behalf. I suppose you could call me a ghostwriter for a #FungiFriday post 👻


Someone might have doused this mushroom in pepper. I'm not sure if any salt is on there as it would be invisible.

The reveal might have come a little early here. Ignore that mushroom on the top. Seriously, I know you're looking at it right now.

I like the look of your gills, you wouldn't happen to know Aquaman? I heard he talks to fish and maybe mushrooms too.

3 of a kind. Winner, winner chicken dinner! Actually much more, these slots can be pretty complicated. I like all the flashing lights and sounds as do most people.

Some might say fungi are no frills. I'm not so sure about that one here, there are plenty from what I see.

This frilly mushroom is acting like an awning for the one below. Based on the leaves above they're doing a bang up job!

Something about glittering gold and buying a fungi stairway that leads to heaven. I may have my lyrics mixed up here.

Cleanup crew must have had the night off. Everything's a mess or maybe they're just hungover after a night of partying.

Yes, these are mushrooms in case you randomly showed up in the middle of this post haha

They really do love to stick around in the literal sense.

Here's the big one on top of the stump. Strange unique growth if I've ever seen one before. They might be wearing a hat or have a scoop of ice cream on their head. You never know.

They have lots of gills to show off. Proper focus has been eluded yet again, press more buttons on the camera. Your imagination will bring it into focus I know it.

Ohh!! I just remembered - we have a park in Poland with large group of bisons. There used to be a live camera on their winter feeding place where they were getting some extra food. You could watch them live eating, sleeping...

I will pass this along to buffalo when they're back in the office.

I see there were a good amount of people in the chat having fun and I believe I've learned a new word in Polish. I was cutting and pasting sentences to see what people were talking about.

Witaj they tell me is more or less Hi!, it better be as I don't want to be telling people to go hell or something worse 😀

I see Cześć! (cut and paste is wonderful) too but don't know how to produce those characters easily, I assume people just drop the accents on an English keyboard.

It it was a cool thing to watch live over the winter. You could always go check if they are there and if they have something to eat.
