Greetings community! I welcome you to my post dedicated to the social media challenge, today I want to share with you my first epic summoner, it is one of the new epic summoners from the Riftwatchers mini edition: Skargore!
Saludos comunidad! les doy la bienvenida a mi post dedicada al social media challenge, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi primer invocador épico, se trata de uno de los nuevos invocadores épicos de la mini edición Riftwatchers: Skargore!
My first epic summoner: Diversifying my fire deck!/Mi primer invocador épico: Diversificando mi mazo de fuego!
Being objective, Riftwatchers is the second edition that incorporates epic summoners, the first edition was the Beta that brought us these epic summoners with a mana cost of 2 points but without conferring any modifiers or abilities. Although at first glance they may seem useless these summoners can make a difference in very low mana games, at the time I met these summoners I was very new to splinterlands and their prices were too high for me at that time.
Siendo objetivos, Riftwatchers es la segunda edición que incorpora invocadores épicos, la primera edición fue la Beta que nos trajo éstos invocadores épicos con un coste de mana de 2 puntos pero sin conferir ningún modificador o habilidad. Aunque en primera vista pudieran parecer inútiles éstos invocadores pueden hacer la diferencia en partidas de muy bajo mana, para el momento en que conocí estos invocadores era muy nuevo en splinterlands y sus precios eran muy altos para mi en ese momento.
The other advantage that makes these cards unique compared to summoners of common, rare or legendary rarity is that these epic summoners allow you to use rare cards at level 7, that is, you have the possibility of using rare cards at a level that would be considered league Diamond.

With this in mind, when I heard about the release of epic summoners in Riftwatchers I did not want to miss the opportunity to acquire my first full epic summoner from the gold league. Two cards caught my attention: Skargore of the fire element and Sthispadel of the dragon element. Of the 2 I ended up choosing Skargore because it allowed me to put together a pretty fun lineup with the neutral card Coeurl lurker.
Teniendo esto en cuenta, al enterarme de la salida de invocadores épicos en Riftwatchers no quise perder la oportunidad de adquirir mi primer invocador épico a tope de la liga de oro. Dos cartas llamaron mi atención: Skargore del elemento fuego y Sthispadel elemento dragón. De los 2 terminé decidiéndome por Skargore porque me permitía armar una alineación bastante divertida con la carta neutra Coeurl lurker.
That's how since the last quarter of last year I decided to accumulate Skargore cards. I already had 22 copies by the end of 2022 and finally at the end of January of this year I was able to acquire the 22 copies necessary for level 5. In this publication I want to share with you the potential of this summoner and how it can give a new perspective to the deck of fire, without further ado let's begin!
Fue así como desde el último trimestre del año pasado decidí ir acumulando cartas Skargore. Ya tenia 22 copias para finales del 2022 y finalmente a finales de enero de este año fue que pude adquirir las 22 copias necesarias para el nivel 5. En esta publicación quiero compartirles el potencial de este invocador y como puede darle una nueva perspectiva al mazo de fuego, sin más preámbulos comencemos!
🎏⚔️Rules battle/Reglas de batalla
This battle has a mana limit of 43 and the ability to choose between 4 elements: fire, earth, life and death. With this amount of mana we can put together one of my favorite lineups with the summoner Skargore. Let's now see what type of rulesets we have next.
Esta batalla tiene un límite de mana de 43 y la posibilidad de escoger entre 4 elementos: fuego, tierra, vida y muerte. Con esta cantidad de mana podemos armar una de mis alineaciones preferidas con el invocador Skargore. Veamos ahora que tipo de rulesets tenemos a continuación.

🧙♂️Summoner/Invocador: Skargore
Our star summoner! There are several advantages of having a summoner at level 5, let's start with the modifier that this card confers: enrage all monsters, this means that when receiving damage the unit enters a kind of frenzy mode and doubles its damage and speed, which It makes it very convenient for certain cards with high evasion rates and secondly, being an epic summoner at level 5 offers an advantage for rare monsters and can summon them at level 7, a feature that rare or legendary summoners do not offer.
Nuestro invocador estrella! Existen varias ventajas de tener a un invocador a nivel 5, comencemos por el modificador que confiere esta carta: enrage a todos los monstruos, esto significa que al recibir daño la unidad entra en una especie de modo frenesí y duplica su deño y velocidad lo que la hace muy conveniente para ciertas cartas con altas tazas de evasión y segundo que siendo un invocador épico en nivel 5 ofrece una ventaja para los monstruos raros y que puede invocarlos en nivel 7, una característica que no ofrecen los invocadores raros o legendarios.
👾 Monsters/Monstruos: Venari marksrat
Our first card will be Venari marksrat, we will take advantage of his sacrifice in the first position with the martyr ability to boost the statistics of our main tank.
Nustra primera carta será Venari marksrat aprovecharemos su sacrificio en la primera posición con la habilidad mártir para potenciar las estadísticas de nuestro tanque principal.
👾 Coeurl lurker
Our most important piece in this strategy and one of the reasons why I decided to acquire Skargore as my first epic summoner at level 5. Coeurl lurker has 2 abilities that allow him to evade melee, ranged and magic attacks: Dodge and Phase, all our Strategy will revolve around the ability of this card to dodge all the attacks it receives and I say all because this card also has the Taunt ability so all our efforts will focus on increasing the speed of this tank or afflicting our opponent's abilities to attack him.
Nuestra pieza más importante en esta estrategia y una de las razones por las que decidí adquirir a Skargore como mi primer invocador épico a nivel 5. Coeurl lurker tiene 2 habilidades que le permiten evadir ataques melé, rango y mágicos: Dodge y Phase, toda nuestra estrategia girará entorno a la capacidad de esta carta para esquivar todos los ataques que reciba y digo todos porque esta carta también tiene la habilidad Taunt así que todos nuestros esfuerzos se enfocarán en aumentar la velocidad de este tanque o afligir las capacidades de nuestro oponente para atacarlo.
👾 Goblin firemage
We will affect our opponent's ability to hit our tank with this goblin and its Blind ability, which gives us an extra 15% evasion, which in regards to the Coeurl lurker is added to the 25% evasion that the ability gives it. thus adding 40% evasion. The other ability that can be useful to us is Dispel, which can nullify any buff that our opponent may acquire.
Blinf & Dispel
Afligiremos la capacidad de nuestro oponente para hacer blanco en nuestro tanque con este goblin y su habilidad Blind que nos confiere un 15% extra de evasión que en lo que se refiere al Coeurl lurker se suma a los 25% de evasión que le confiere la habilidad sumando así un 40% de evasión. La otra habilidad que nos puede ser útil es Dispel que puede anular cualquier buff que pueda adquirir nuestro oponente.
👾 Countess sinash
Countess Sinash is an opportunistic card with a high damage range. It has multiple abilities such as Camouflage and Affliction, but the one that interests us most here is its Swiftness ability, thus adding +1 speed to our tank and decoy.
Countess sinash es una carta oportunista con un alto daño rango cuenta con múltiples habilidades como Camouflage y Afliction pero la que más nos interesa aquí es su habilidad Swiftness sumamos así +1 de velocidad a nuestro tanque y señuelo.
👾 Supply runner
This is the card that I use most frequently in the game, I acquired it gold because of the importance it has in my lineups, with good range damage and a large amount of life, this card gives us +1 speed to all monsters, we still increase plus the ability of our tank to evade attacks.
Esta es la carta que uso con mayor frecuencia en el juego, la adquirí dorada por la importancia que tiene en mis alineaciones, con un buen daño rango y gran cantidad de vida esta carta nos confiere +1 de velocidad a todos los monstruos, incrementamos todavía más la capacidad de nuestro tanque para evadir los ataques.
👾 Scavo firebolt
Scavo firebolt will be our last card in the lineup, as it is a rare monster we can summon it at level 7, so its damage range is increased to 4! Thus we close our alignment, with the damage that these cards do and the high evasion of our tank we will be able to break the enemy alignment before they can significantly affect our tank and decoy.
Scavo firebolt será nuestra última carta en la alineación, como es un monstruo raro podremos invocarlo a nivel 7, por lo que su daño rango se incrementa a 4! Cerramos así nuestra alineación, con el daño que hacen estas cartas y la alta evasión de nuestro tanque podremos romper la alineación enemiga antes de que puedan afectar significativamente nuestro tanque y señuelo.

With our team formed, we send the battle and we can observe the enemy formation with the life class, our biggest problem is Drybone barbarian, by activating his enrage he can put our decoy in serious danger and that would be the end of my strategy, but let's see how this combat unfolds.

💥Round 1 & 2💥
In the 1st round we activated Drybone barbarian's enrage and if it wasn't surprising that Dr. Blight hit the Coeurl lurker, then it was the fact that his hit didn't afflict or poison him. With the sacrifice of the Venari in the second round at the hands of the Drybone barbarian, all of Coeurl lurker's buffs are definitively activated, reaching 11 points of speed and 8 points of damage, managing to dodge everything that has been thrown at him.
En el 1er round activamos el enrage de Drybone barbarian y si no fuera sorprendente que el Dr. Blight le acertara al Coeurl lurker, entonces lo fue el hecho de que su impacto no lo afligió ni lo envenenó. Con el sacrificio del Venari en el segundo round a manos del Drybone barbarian queda definitivamente activado todos los buff de Coeurl lurker alcanzando los 11 puntos de velocidad y 8 de daño logrando esquivar todo lo que le han lanzado.
💥Round 3 & 4💥
In the third round the first enemy target falls, Drybone is dispatched twice, while our opponent sees how all of his attacks only hit the air. With the most dangerous monster eliminated, we proceed to dispatch the opposing Venari, empowering Captain Katie, but even so he will not be able to hit our tank.
En el tercer round cae el primer objetivo enemigo, Drybone es despachado 2 veces, mientras nuestro oponente ve como todos sus ataques solo aciertan al aire. Con el monstruo más peligroso eliminado procedemos a despachar al Venari contrario potenciando a Captain katie pero aun así no será capaz de acertarle a nuestro tanque.
💥Round 5 & 6💥
En el 5to round el ataque combinado de Supply runner y Countess sinash termina de eliminar a Captain katie, y si no fuera por esa Adelade reparando el escudo de las unidades esta batalla sería más corta porque fue necesario todo el 7mo round para eliminar al Dr. blight.

💥Round 7 & 8💥
In the seventh round we eliminated the most annoying monster of this lineup Adelade brightwing and with this we sealed the fate of our opponent who only has War Pegasus left for the 8th round, we then ended up having a perfectly planned victory.
En el séptimo round eliminamos al monstruo más molesto de esta alineación Adelade brightwing y con esto sellamos el destino de nuestro oponente quien solo queda con War Pegasus para el 8vo round, terminamos teniendo una victoria perfectamente planificada.
🔥Conclusions/Conclusiones🔥
- This strategy with Skargore is very effective but highly dependent on the buff that we can provide to Coeurl lurker, it is not as effective if the opponent uses affliction skills or those that enhance the speed of their units.
- Another skill that you should pay close attention to is True Strike, it is a skill that allows you to hit all the attacks of whoever possesses it. Other abilities to be careful with are Thorns or Retaliate as they can hurt Coeurl.
Esta estrategia con Skargore es muy efectiva pero altamente dependiente del buff que le podamos suministrar a Coeurl lurker, no es tan eficaz si el oponente utiliza habilidades de aflicción o que potencien la velocidad de sus unidades.
Otra habilidad de la que se debe tener mucha atención es True strike, es una habilidad que le permite acertar todos los ataques a quien la posea. Otras habilidades que se debe tener cuidado son Thorns o Retaliate ya que pueden perjudicar a Coeurl.
And well friends, with this I finish this post dedicated to my newest and first epic summoner, it is interesting because when I started in SPL the epic summoners that were beta edition were so expensive that it seemed impossible for me to get to have one and see that now I can have one It is a reflection of how much I have grown in this project. Y bien amigos con esto termino este post dedicado a mi más recién y primer invocador épico, es interesante porque cuando comencé en SPL los invocadores épicos que eran edición beta eran tan costosos que me parecía imposible llegar a tener uno y ver que ahora puedo tener uno es un reflejo de lo mucho que he crecido en este proyecto.
