Rationing Consumé?
Ever since I tried Birria tacos, I've been hooked. Other restaurants that didn't used to offer them do now, which is great for me and bad for my wallet. 😆
I ordered some Birria tacos recently and everything looked fine initially. The tacos looked great. They didn't stuff them with a pound of onions, so I was happy. Then I saw the container of consumé they gave me for dipping the tacos.
This wimpy, tiny, almost-nonexistent amount of consumé they gave me led me to give them a 2 star rating. The tacos tasted great. I shouldn't have to pour the consumé into a smaller cup so I can dip easier and ration it.
I doubt I'll be buying these from them again. The stinginess level was on par with Ebenezer Scrooge.

I've still never had them, but my niece loves them.
They're pretty tasty. I like to mix tomatillo salsa into the consumé for a little extra flavor and kick.

Hey,! That's cheating like also share the image of taco, what would we do with little Consumé 😂🤣, When it comes to Mexican food, salsa is must for me. Without it, no kick. Even I sometimes eat salsa with Saudi, Turkish & Pakistani food. I still remember tacos made by my Mexican friend (Barrea tacos or Biria tacos - something like that).
