Bayek Returns to Yamu.

- Hello everyone. How are you all? Welcome to my blog.
After completing "The Hyena" mission, Bayek suddenly remembers his old friend Menehet, who lives in the village of Yamu. Menehet had sent him a letter some time ago, mentioning that a major religious festival was being organized in their village.

An event that draws tourists and boosts the village's earnings. He needed Bayek's help to make the event a success. So, without further delay, Bayek sets out for Yamu.

Yamu was about two and a half kilometers away. Covering such a distance was no easy task. Yet, Bayek rode his legendary horse, speeding across the terrain between the mountains and the desert. After traveling a considerable distance, he arrived near Lake Mareotis.

The place was breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by greenery and a clear lake. Bayek resumed his journey and finally reached the village of Yamu.

Menehet worked at the large temple in the village. Upon arriving there, Bayek found his friend waiting for him. As soon as they met, the two embraced. Reunited after a long time, they walked into the temple while chatting.

Bayek congratulates his friend, for Menehet now holds the most important position after the temple's High Priest. Bayek jokes, "In a few days, you might just become the High Priest of this temple yourself."

They went to a sacred chamber. There was a vessel of water there. Bayek offered some fruits and flowers. Just then, four of Menehet's young children suddenly rushed in and pounced on Bayek. They weren't attacking, they were just being playful. A short while later, they all ran off.

Menehet smiled and asked Bayek to find them for him. This was Bayek's new mission. Bayek first used his trusted eagle, Senu. Senu soared into the sky and located the four children one by one.

Bayek finds Neila first. Being the youngest, she could not go very far. She was hiding beside a pillar. Bayek catches her and takes her along with him.

Then, Bayak went to a well and discovered Keba trapped inside. Keba had fallen in while trying to hide and was unable to get out. Bayak broke through the bamboo barrier blocking the way, allowing Keba to climb out safely.

Bayek founded Soryth standing atop a hyena's cage. Suddenly, the cage breaks, and the hyena escapes. Without a moment's hesitation, Bayek rushes forward, kills the hyena, and rescues Soryth safely.

The last child was Hasina. She was the naughtiest of them all. She had climbed all the way up to the very roof of the temple. Bayek scaled the wall, reached her, and brought her back down.
In the end, all four children were safely returned to their homes. That is how Bayek completed his first mission in Yamu. It seems the story doesn't end here.
- See you all in the next mission. Goodbye.
Honestly the journey to Yamu across the mountains and desert looked like a postcard. Lake Mareotis is stunning. The contrast between the harsh desert mountains and the lush greenery of Yamu was beautiful.
Saving Keba from the well was my favorite part. It was a simple rescue, but it perfectly highlighted Bayek's willingness to help anyone in need.
Thank you. I am glad you like it.

STOPI totally remember playing this moment myself. Chasing those kids were fun, and also boring for me at the same time. Anyway, Breaking into that well to rescue Keba was a true hero move.
It was fun to play this small mission. Among all the child, keba was in true danger.
I loved the playful interaction with Menehet's children. It showed a softer side of Bayek that we don't get to see very often.
Yes, bayek had a boy whom he lost so he really loves children around him.
