Greetings again splinter-fwens and HIVEees! Got 10 days left for the month of September and moving toward the next month! Another Splinterlands guild brawl ended recently and here I am again sharing experiences.

Recently I am loosing too much with the guild brawls. Its luck probably what I am missing with the recent brawls and ending up with a poor performance. Another thing maybe is I am short on my card collections and with cards that are being added to the game system right now, I think I really need to add them to my collection. Well I guess that's for later. I just hope I am not late for that one.

Although I am a bit off with my performance lately, our guild still ended up second place and rewarded us a goo amount. Not that far from the first placer.

Saved enough merit points for 3 gladius cases and of course I will open this packs. Adding strength to your account is a really good practice playing splinterlands. Specially when this are free ones. Don't be shy using them.

Grab a Gold Foil Captain Katie. Nice card to own. Added few more to my common and rare gladius cards collection is also a good thing. Still hoping to grab some legendary gold foils from the gladiator set cards. How great of a dream it was. Still waiting though, we just have to continue playing splinterlands to make it happen.

A Sample Battle That Has Rise of the Commons in the Rulesets.

Ever encountered Rise of the Commons in the game? It is a good example of battle that highlighted the functions and your familiarization with commons and rare cards on your collection. You are going to forget those expensive Epics and Legendary ones! You possessed those ones for nothing! lol. Just kidding. It just on this ruleset that those cards are restricted. Its a good chance to get familiar with your common cards and rare cards on your collection! You really need that because there are lots of rulesets out there that will sabotage what you are building. But here is the good thing, you can always find the good card that can gain you a good chance of victory with those rulesets and start your priority cards there from owning or renting

Lets continue with my sample battle. This one is a battle between Earth and Life splinters where in I chose Earth splinters as my team and my opponent chose the other one. So why do I chose the Earth splinters even though Quora is out of the choices? simply because I believed in the ability of Katrelba Gobson that perfectly fit this type of ruleset. Also, I am also looking forward to the cards that got the best survival ability like Dread Tafarian that got a self healing ability and a good stats to face the front of the battle. Mad Gearhead, Vengeful Monk and Khan Feywest completing my teams offensive capability and New Beluruc Aegis will be the sacrificial pawn. Its really need to cover the back most of the team since Super Sneak is also present in the rulesets.

In round 1, My opponent and I both survived the attacks with no card casualties. My team got a lot of missed attacks in this round that made it difficult to find advantage to my opponent's team.

In round 7, although we both lost our gladiator cards, even before the battle ended, I grabbed the edge because of the Heal ability of my tank. And that became the edge of team to grab the victory.

• So you might want to understand this and even I am still learning the game even I am present from 4 years ago, Cards that possess survival ability like heal are very usable in battle. This cards are good part of the team when arranged correctly.
