Lack of money made adulthood Burdensome and Tiring
It is not easy to be a Man.
I miss the days of no worries and responsibilities when all I had to do was play and eat.
It is when we attain adulthood that we start to realize why sometimes our parents are deep in thought and the sacrifices they make to make us happy.
One Thing adulthood brings for men is bills, you will pay for house rent, water, electricity, and other things, just not possible to list them all, I am yet to add the billing that comes from family and friends too, all the give me 2k, can I see 1k from you, all add up.
Honestly speaking, I think men will be fine and live a comfortable life without the billing that comes from family, as a man who is working and earning a decent amount, can feed, pay bills, and even save more money if it was just him alone but the moment wife and children enter the picture, he would need to double his hustle to make ends meet and this is why many were not able to get to the peak of their success because all the money they were supposed to invest was spent in taking care of family needs.
Men deserve respect, it is only a man that will work all day, earn money, and only spend less than 10 percent of the money he earned on himself, most of it goes to family, either nuclear or extended, and the billing never stop and many men are on this table.
Adulthood has been fair to me, just like every other man I have a lot of responsibilities but I am glad I have the means and resources to tackle some of them. I am grateful for that.
Some people have given up on their lives as an adults, they are just living without goals, these people do not have anything to lose so they have no fear, they just take what others offer them and they are satisfied with it but for us that never think of giving up, we strive every day hustling to earn more, it starting to look like we came to this world to work because can anyone explain why one needs to work all day for money, only to continue again the next day.
It is what it is, Adulthood is challenging but it will be better if we have money to do the things we want to do, responsibilities won't weigh us down if there is enough money to counter them...To cut it short... Adulthood is not hard, it is the lack of money that makes it burdensome.

I also do think that money is the reason for all this stress we do through. If everyone had enough money to do what they need to, live probably wouldn’t be so hard

Everyone says about equality in case of men & women but most of the people still believes that billing is the responsibility of men. It's kind of weird. I just hope in the future the thought will be changed when equality may come.
I think we should not give up. As long as we are alive we have the opportunity to earn money and finish all the problem.

Bro, you are very correct. I started doing the work of an adult from my secondary school days by taking care of my younger ones and paying part of their bill. Now that I am grown its more tasking and demanding. Alot of people are looking up to you for something and you are also looking up to yourself. May God help all the real men out there.
You hit the nail on the head with this part, we only look up to God and ourself cos there is no one to bill, we are the one getting billed! But it is what it is , may God continue to enrich our pocket so responsibilities won’t kill us .
Lol, It's just what it is, my brother. Imagine my sister telling me to finish schooling and she starts billing me. That I know for sure will be on the high side when I am done. We can only look up to god because we are the only one to help ourselves.
Financial lack is one of the things that can make people in their adult stage to be so frustrating and not only that but push them to start doing that which they don't want to do

Adulthood is indeed burdensome, especially when one lacks money. Navigating adulthood isn't very clear cut, there's hardly any manual or preparation for it, it just happens, when the time comes. I try to understand why some give up on life after sometime, despite the burdens, there's always something to look forward to in terms of exploring and making new discoveries, apart from having a vision for what one wants to do with their life.
I wont blame those who gave up, they must have tried their possible best.
