My ideal kind of House
Many people dream of the day they are going to build their own house and move out of the rented apartment they are living but the bitter truth is that not everyone is going to own a house.
The reason is because housing materials has become so expensive that it will be hard for anyone not earning big or being a builder to be able to pull off that feat...
Why did i say bricklayers/builders can easily build a house? part of the reason why it is so hard to build house is because of the workers, most would double the price needed to build a house making it difficult for the person that want to build to embark on the mission but if it is them that really owns the house then it would be easier for them since there will be no extra charges, most bricklayers own their house except the unserious type that doesn't have the mindset or into wasteful spending...
If i am opportuned to hit a jackpot which gives me enough to build a house, i would go for a duplex...
In the past few years, i have been living in a rented storey house so i am already used to it so i won't like a house which is not storey house that much...
My love for story house is overwhelming and that is because i love the view from up, i would love my master bedroom to be at the front so i can see what is going on in my surroundings...
There are some duplex that there is a big open space inside the building where the people living upstairs would be able to see what is being done downstairs, i would love to make mine like this too as it add more beauty to the interior part of the house...
There must be a swimming pool in the compound too and that would be my relaxation spot in the evening, it is going to be my small world and i must have things like this there to make life enjoyable!
It will be nice to be a landlord, no more rent bills and you would have your privacy, no neighbour to interfere or disturb you... It is just more peaceful in your own house
Hopefully someday this dream will come to pass..
