The electricity and Network condition in my country
The situation in my country at this moment is bad, Imagine no electricity for a good 5 days and as if that is not bad enough, then the news a cable under the sea was cut and now we have a poor network connection all over the country, not just my country, some other country like South Africa are also suffering from this.
Yesterday was a bad day, I could not work, all the sites were not loading, I could not make hive transactions nor could I post, the most painful one was that splinterlands season ended yesterday but I could not load the site talkless of competing for the leaderboard, that is so painful.
I had to persuade my friends to do tournaments and brawl for me, for how long is this going to be because it was just so annoying.
I was asking about the cost of getting solar power because fuel consumption is on another level and I can't spend the rest of the year buying fuel every two days because after calculating the cost, it was around 900k Naira for a year and that is enough to generate electricity by using Solar.
Fortunately they brought the light yesterday evening but it was useless without a good network to work.
The most annoying aspect was that some useless sites especially the time-wasting apps and sites that do not generate money but only consume time were working, I mean the likes of Facebook and WhatsApp, I had no issue accessing those sites yesterday at all, I wonder what could have happened that other sites are not working but those two were working just fine.
I tried almost all networks but none was good enough to connect me to my working sites and unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it other than to wait till they get it fixed, unlike electricity which I can find other ways of getting it.
This is a clear sign that if the network were to shut down, it would be hard for people working online to survive because they would be rendered Jobless. I hope nothing like this happens in the future.

The network has been crazy. All of them are just doing rubbish. It’s tiring but I’m glad that it is still going through. Imagine if it is not going through at all
This is very bad and feel it's not meant to be. This is not only the issue I guess. The current level of sun and heat is also on the high side. So its just alot against us.. where do you stay?
