Day 1320 | Healthy Eating Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was an ok Wednesday where I managed to keep all my eating urges into check while also drinking a lot of water. It resulted in an improved sleeping experience and I hope to be able to maintain this for a somewhat longer period of time. My days still mostly are filled with crypto, betting, & play2earn gaming and I guess this will remain the case for some time. Thursday will be a day to play some tennis again getting in some activity.
