Day 1512 | Kitchen Time & Evening Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Monday despite the red markets was pretty ok as I managed to be productive while also spending time in my kitchen making soup packed with vegetables giving me enough food for 3 to 5 days. I also went on an 50-Minute evening walk and I plan to do this more often from here on out.

Tuesday as always will be a family day even though my nieces will have to study for their exams
