Day 1517 | Intermittent Fasting Day
Food right now during the time where the heat maket is tmpossible to do much while the crypto markets are also tanking like crazy for sure is my biggest source of pleasure which makes it hard to resist. I did however had an intermittent fasting day on Staurday just eating once and not all too extreme unhealthy. I hope to repeat this on Sunday.
