Day 1592 | Good Thursday
The start is always easy with plenty of motivation and Thursday was a solid day where I pretty much did everything accoring to plan. I managed to limit my eating keeping it all healthy while I also did drink plenty of water and went for an early evening 80-Minute walk. I aim to make these walks a daily thing to coming week just to get slowly the activiy going agan.
