Day 1593 | Daily Afternoon Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

The short term goal is now to get active again by doing daily walks or morning runs on more busy days while keeping my eating in check. The first I did yesterday but the 2nd not too much even though it also was not that bad.

The weekend once again will be busy with a lot of football matches but I have my healthy food along with plenty of water ready to keep things heatlth and lose some more weight and I also plan to go out in the morning for a run/walk in order to get in some activity.
