Day 1596 | Monday Television Evening

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

The new television season started and monday tends to be the prime with most of my favorite shows being on in the evening. So from here on out for some time, this will be the day where I spent my evenings just in front of my tv. The shows I'm liking and are somewhat a guilty pleasure are "Blind Getrouwd" were people blindly get married & "Down The Road" where a road trip is made with people that have the down syndrom. There is also Extra Time which is a talk show mostly abut belgian football.

I aim to make hot yoga part on my lifestyle again in the coming weeks with a class juts before these shows start on tv. So mondays will look like this<: wake up following my entire wake-up routine, do mostly all my bookkeeping and my daily regular play2earn activities also making a blog post and keep up with the crypto markets, go to hot yoga, come home and watch tv to go to bed afterward./p>

What not watching "De allerslimste mens" ?

That's way too much of a time commitment, 4 days each week and they just drag each episode way too long. I might check the 20 minute weekly recap with the best parts that is posted on youtube though.
