Day 1598 | Regular Productive Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Wednesday was a pretty regular day where I managed to be quite productive doing the things I set out to do but also nothing more really. I'm turning 40 on Friday which I will celebrate with my family and I'm taking that point to finally cut with my more unhealthy lifestyle that I've been keeping lately. I kind of want to go for a year making sure each day I am active regardless of what it is, walks, reps, yoga, tennis, ... this while sticking stricktly to plant based whole food for an entire year while sleeping at least 8 hours each night. Food / Workouts / Sleep are the foundation of everything else but it's hard to get those fully right. I want to make a case out of those making sure that skipping any of them simply is not an option.
