Day 1617 | Rainy Indoor Monday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Not much going on yesterday as my plans to go on a long walk were washed up by it raining all day and I also didn't make soup as my mother called saying she was going to make the same soup on Tuesday. So overall it turned into an overall uneventful monday where I did my weekly bookkeeping and daily play2Earn & blogging activity while playing some apex legends and watching tv in the evening..

Daily Food Journal Sunday September 12th
I did easy a proteine shake / Smoothie in the morning and some canned celary in the afternoon but also ate cookies in the evening so by no means a flawless eating day

Today Goals
I hope to be done in time with my daily tasks to go for a swim in the early afternoon on my way home for a family day.
