Day 1628 | Daily Morning Run


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

The weather these days is excelleng not to hot and not too cold which makes it easy to go on moring runs almost every day. As I'm gaining some fitness they also become easier and I'm ready to start extending them a bit. I always prefer to go about these things in a way where I'm not pushing myself but instead choose for comfort but consistency which eventually shows the needed improvement.

Daily Food Journal Sunday September 12th
I kept my eating limited as I inteded to do aiming for some weight loss in the coming days. I ate just some leftover humus and nuts in the morning, some soup in the afternoon, a pear and a small home made pizza as I still had some rolled out dough in my freezer from last time I made this. In the weekend there is more pizza on the menu which actually is very light and healthy the way I make it.

Today Goals
Same thing as usual. go on a morning run, do my reps, eat clean and focus on the football matches.
