Day 1778 | Extended Morning Walk + Hot Yoga


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Monday was a day where I just had very high energy and I went on my usual 60 Minute morning walk extending it along the way to a 2+ Hour walk still getting back home before noon. I had some productivity right after and took a nap in the mid-afternoon to join another 90-Minute hot yoga session in the early evening which also went very well. In the evening I watched some tv as uausl on Monday and also singned up for 2 social events. I also increased my daily reps to 3x40 instead of 3x30 (Squats/Bench/Knee-Up)
