Day 1790 | Football Watching Day


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I wasn't all too active on Saturday and once again failed on the healthy eating part but I did have a great time watching and betting the belgian football matches with some great results. I will see if I can make Sunday into a day doing a morning walk while doing a water fast even though I'm not sure that I will succeed. Next week there is an international break which should leave me plenty of time to get back on track focusing on eating healthy and doing many workouts..

Daily Food Journal
I ate a smoothie, some macaroni and also some brownies and some rice in the evening.

Today Goalskeeping myself from drifting further away and gainig weight while putting most of my focus on betting will be the main goals on Sunday.
