Day 1791 | Getting Disciplined Again
I let things slide for a couple of days and will get back to my good routine on monday of doing daily morning walks, joining plenty of hot yoga sessions while eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. The aim is also to incorproate daily reps from here on out as there is an international week which gives me a lot more time.
I did go on a brief afternoon walk on Sunday but that was about it in terms of activity.
