Day 1792 | 2-Hour+ Morning Walk & Evening 60-Minute Yoga


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I'm back at it again during this international football break week starting the day with a 2-hour walk which will be my regular route on days where I have time from here on out. I also managed to keep my eating in check and joined a hot yoga session while being somewhat productive also during the day.

Daily Food Journal
I ate a smoothie in the morning with some vegan proteine power in it and 250 gr of rice in the afternoon and the evening.

Today GoalsTuesday will be a family day and I'm aiming for a short morning walk along with a 1.3 km swim.
