Day 1868 | Off-Sunday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

While I started out Sunday pretty good with another morning walk and the intention to make it into a water fasting day. In the afternoon at the first signs of hunger I went out to get some bread breaking the healthy eating pattern and it went downhill from there as the final day of the season betting action didn't really go as I anticipated leaving some dissapointment and a reason to get some more unhealthy food in a pita and an ice cream in the evening. All this with the reasoning that it's the end of the season and the off-season start on monday where I can again have full focus on my workouts and health.

Today GoalsI'm not sure what to expect from Monday as I right now don't really feel like doing a morning walk, reps and a hot yoga session. I am however looking forward to going for a long swim on Tuesday and I will see how it goes
