Day 2127 | New Week Goals


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Since I keep track of things, I can see for how long I have been slacking. This by now added up to 8 full weeks with just 1 Hoy Yoga class and my weight which has gone up by at least 5kg. I've been pushing things back as everything is busy but it really does feel like I have reached the limit now and it's time to make a full 180° shift so that is what I aim to have my focus on and do this week

I will only set 2 objectives this week to start out simples which are

  • Get back in a 3X Hot Yoga Routine (Monday/Friday/Saturday)
  • Drop My Weight to 71kg or less

That last one will require me to start walking and to reduce my food intake a lot also keeping everything healthy.


Today Goals: The only real goal on Monday will be to get back to Hot Yoga. I also plan to do a morning walk.

It's crazy when you think about it, these fluctuations are always coming back. I do believe I'm back (finally) in a good flow now and the main challenge will be to maintain it for longer this time.

i was back - now i am sick for 8th day running! Ruining my flow! Finally feeling better though. so Hopefully will be back at boxing on Friday! Mama needs to punch something!

The bright side of being sick is that it usually comes with some weight loss but it indeed ruins the flow. Good luck getting it back, boxing is a nice workout for sure. I also condidered picking that up in the past but the step was always too big.
