Day 2134 | Week Goals Reached & New Objectives
I had 2 main objectives last week which were:
I succeeded in both of them joining 3 hoy yoga classes getting back in that habbit after procrastinating it for close to 8 weeks. I also didn't once give in to cravings for unhealthy food while doing close to 10k steps a day which got my weight down from 73.5 kg to exactly 71kg. This first weightloss is always the easiest though but still a nice achievement. So overall I'm pleased with how the week has gone and I hope it kind of puts a base for me to continue on.
New Week Goals
I once again will keep it simple and hot yoga at least 3x a week along with playing tennis on Wednesday and taking a walk with our dog on Tuesday are automatic at this point. I only aim to do 2 things aside from that in the new week...
- Go Back Swimming on Tuesday
- Drop Weight Below 70kg
This should get me back in an active routine with yoga on Monday, Swimming & walking on Tuesday, Tennis on Thursday, Yoga on Friday & Saturday.
Today Goals: I will start out with a walk of around 10k steps once I get out of bed, follow that up with some good productivity and join a hot yoga class in the evening also doing what I can to resist eating bad food.
