Day 2146 | Afternoon Walk & Slowly Getting Better

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I hoped to be fully recoverd by Friday so I could make it into a family day but I'm not quite that far yet as my nose at times is still stuck and my nose needs to heal from blowing it so much these past couple of days. I did go for an afternoon walk passing by the supermarket to at least get some activity in and I continued to drink some team with honey. I'm hoping that by monday or at least Tuesday I will fully be back to normal so I can get back to a healthy and active lifestyle.


Today Goals: My focus as always will be on the football matches during the weekend.
