Day 2157 | Fat Burn Mode (25k+ Steps)
Tuesday was a regular Family Day where I also picked up my activity wth a 10k step monring walk and another very enjoyable 14k step walk with our dog. I really like the route as more than half of it is next to the water on unhardened roads. The lenght is also perfect making it really long but not extreme in any way.
I did however pick up a small injury in my right cab with it just feeling torn a bit. So I will be careful playing tennis on Wednesday.
Today Goals: I will join the tennis and see how it goes with my leg. Getting back to hot yoga classes will for sure help to stretch it.
