Day 2839 | Morning Run, Afternoon Walk, Evening Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday turned out to be a really active day as I first headed out for a run with the intention to just switch between running and walking. It turned out that I was far less tired by the running than I anticipated. Afterward, I ate a smoothie and went for a walk to the ikea to get a plastic box to put empty glass in which added to my steps. I had a sort nap after I got back to my appartment and joined the 18:15 hot yoga class pretty much just showing up. Once that was done there was a football match to watch and I ended in my cauch quite tired to watch a bit of tv before going to bed.

The only small hiccup I had was that I was unable to resist some free tester cookies in the ikea, aside from that, I ate healthy and drank 3.4 Liter of water during the day. Thursday with the start of a new hot yoga subscription also marks the day where I officially start my get fit project with just a month to go before leaving to Thailand.
