Day 2857 | Morning Run & Evening Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was a pretty good day where I managed to keep my eating within limits & healthy while I started out with a morning (early noon) run. I had had some kitchen time in the afternoon before going to visit my dad in the hospital along with my mom. Once back, I joined a hot yoga class with many of those to come in the next 2 weeks and watched some tv when I got back to my appartment.

So pretty ok day overall with close toe 18k steps
