Tuesday was a pretty normal family day that included some productivity in the morning, a good-sized dog walk along with a short trip to the shopping mall afterward catching the new Michael Jackson movie. I also managed to eat fairly healthy avoiding the slight temptation in the evening. I would say that the Michael Jackson movie was rather on the weak side even though I don't regret watching it.

I did do over 20k steps on the day which puts me on track for the 100k goal this week.
