Day 2860 | Morning Run & Evening Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm currently fully back in gear when it comes down to both activity and healthy eating starting out my Thursday with a morning 30-minute run. I had a bit of productivity in the afternoon and kept my eating healthy before watching the Belgian Cup Final which ended up going to extra time so the last part I had to listen to on the radio while heading to my hot yoga class. I did an extended walk back to get to my steps which got me at a total of over 14k steps on the day. I finalluy had some couch tv-time afterward before going to bed quite early again.

New Day Goals: I aim to make Friday into another active day by first going for a swim, followed by some family time and a walk with our dog (if the weather allows it). I also hope to be back in time to join a 19:00 60-minute hot yoga class. In the evening, there is one football match.
