Day 2863 | Morning Yoga & Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday was a good busy day starting out with some productivity behind my pc, and a morning hot yoga class which went well, I took an extended walk back home to easier make my steps goal for the week. Once back at my appartment, I watched the newest episode of From which I had ready. The moment that was done, it was already time for the football matches which filled my entire afternoon and early evening. I watched a bit of tv afterward and went out for a walk to get over 14k steps on the day to reach my 100k weekly steps goal. I also managed to keep my eating healthy.
