Day 2864 | Morning Hot Yoga & Chili Con Carne

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


On Monday, I joined a morning Hot Yoga class which now makes it 6 days in a row. I will try to make it an 11-day streak but am not sure that I will succeed there. I had some plans for having a lot of productivity in the afternoon but mostly spend it on my coach having a craving for chili con carne. So I headed to the supermarket and spend some kitchen time to make it. As it goes always, I ate just a bit too much of it. I did eventually have some productivity in the early evening and afterward watched some tv and football podcasts before going to bed.


This got me to a respectable 12k+ steps on the day

New Day Goals: I aim to get in some productivity in the morning, go get my final vaccinations around noon, have some family time and go for a dog walk if the weather allows in. I will try to make it back for a 18:15 hot yoga class and there are 3 football matches in the evening all at the same time. I also will try to keep my food intake limited.
