Day 2865 | Short Dog Walk & Evening Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a pretty forward day with some good activity while I managed to keep my eating clean. I started out with some productivity and drove home afterward passing by the supermarket. I did not have too much time as I planned to join a 18:15 hot yoga class keeping the streak alive and the weather wasn't the most predictable so I went for just a short walk with our dog. I helped my mom with some technical things and my dad in his vegetable garden before heading back to my appartent to be back in time to join my 7th Hot Yoga Class in 7 day. I have the aim to make it 11 in a row by Saturday. In the evening, there were some football matches which didn't fully go as I hoped they would and I watched a bit of tv to end the day quite tired before heading to bed.


This got me close to 14k steps on the day and I'm honestly not sure that I will manage to make it to 100k this week.
