Day 2939 | Back In Belgium !

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

On Thursday I took the flight from China back to Belgium which was well over 10 hour and not the most comfortable in economy as it was hard to actually get a sleep or keep myself entertained. Still it felt like it went pretty quickly though and I arrived back in Belgium early in the morning local time where my mom got to pick me up.

We drove firt to my parents place first passing by the supermarket. Once arrived, I met up with our dog again who was really happy to see me. I also spend a bit of time with you oldest niece and my dad.

I unpacked, ate something, took a short fire and took a short nap before heading back to my Appartment in Ghent where I just unpacked some more and got things back in place to resume my normal life. Eventually, I did a first video call with my girlfriend in the evening before I went to sleep and had a good night hopefully not suffering any jetlag.

I plan to get back to my old posting routine pretty much tracking my weight, and overall activities in order to stay fit.

Next Day Goals: I have a poker night with some friends in Friday evening and very much look forward to that.

Nice! Being back in your beloved country Belgium after Thailand must feel like stepping into a different rhythm. Thailand gave you vibrant markets, affordable flavorful food, and tropical mornings while Belgium offers a calmer, structured pace with its European charm. I'm sure you'll miss everything about Thailand, most especially your girlfriend. 😍

We still keep in touch a lot and technology helps there. I am kind of glad also to be back home. The vacation was wonderful in so many ways. I do plan to have a yearly vacation to Asia every year during the same 2-month period from here on out.
