Day 2940 | Afternoon Nap & Poker Night With Friends

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Friday was a day where I slept well and didn't do too much during the day still being somewhat tired from travel so I took a good nap in the late afternoon. I also really need to start watching out over the food that I eat and I already feel it going into the wrong direction.

In the early evening, I drove to some friends to have a poker night and we first went out for some fries which I managed to limit myself on. It had been a long time since I played poker live and all my friends were new to it but it turned out into a really fun and long evening as I only was going to bed around 02:00 which is the time my girlfriend wakes up in Hua Hin so I send her a good morning message.

I did manage to get out on top but only thanks to a 4-Way all-in on the last hand where it was AA vs AA vs 99 vs Qx suited.

Next Day Goals: I need to get back into the groove of everyday life here in the coming weeks before the football season starts and I might head home on Saturday as my sister along with my Youghest niece are back from Vacation.

That’s a fun mix of relaxation and social bonding, so cutie! 😍 Taking a nap ensures you’re refreshed and ready to enjoy the evening without feeling drained. Poker bonding is a shared excitement around the table.
