Day 769 | 100-Day Reset

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

The start of June makes it extactly 100 days until my next birthday. I started out this blog with a solid 100 day period keeping my discipline which worked out for the better but have since than mostly been in a mode where I'm hanging in there not revering back to my old more unhealthy lifestyle. When it happened, I always managed to keep things in check hoovering around the 64kg mark while being way more active in general.

If anything, I learned that I'm highly limited by my comfy lifestyle which without a doubt is holding me back to move foward and improve. I basically always try to come up with tricks to keep myself motivated with one working better than the other. I aim to make another big push forward so from now on I will be fully focusse on documenting the next 100 days where I am to get that choiceless awareness state of mind back.

The basics are always the same and start with

  • Eathing Healthy (whole food plant based)
  • Working Out
  • Sleeping Enough

I will be keeping close track of those along with tracking my weight, expenses, ... over the next 100 days always breaking them up in periods where I set a clear goal for 10 days as things tend to weaken when doing it for longer periods.


The covid situation messed up my hot yoga goal, but I will continue setting a new goal once the lessons start over again.
