Hola amigos de Hive ✨ en especial a la comunidad de Catarsis 💙 Hoy quiero comentarles todo mi proceso luchando contra una enfermedad que ha cambiado mi vida totalmente y como poco a poco me he ido adaptando y superando en todo este proceso. Yo tengo 19 años de edad y desde muy pequeña fuí alguien de contextura rellena, con el paso del tiempo llegué a bachillerato y por primera vez en mi vida tuve un problema de salud algo fuera de lo común, puesta a mis 16 años estaba padeciendo de Plasmodium vivax fue ahí cuando empezaron todos los problemas de salud, pues mi estómago no soportó lo fuerte que eran las pastillas para curarme del Plasmodium, pasé solo un día internada en el hospital y mi hemoglobina había bajado a 4 y también estaba totalmente deshidratada. Gracias a Dios pude curarme en su totalidad y seguí con mi vida.

Hello friends of Hive ✨ especially to the community of Catarsis 💙 Today I want to tell you all about my process fighting against a disease that has totally changed my life and how little by little I have been adapting and overcoming this process. I am 19 years old and since I was very small I was someone with a plump build, with the passage of time I reached high school and for the first time in my life I had a health problem something out of the ordinary, put at my 16 years I was suffering from Plasmodium vivax was there when all the health problems began, because my stomach could not stand how strong were the pills to cure me of Plasmodium, I spent only one day in the hospital and my hemoglobin had dropped to 4 and I was also totally dehydrated. Thank God I was completely cured and went on with my life.
En en diciembre de 2019 todo comenzó como unos simples vómitos y diarreas,lo que pensábamos que era solo algo que me había caído mal, pero no fué así se me calmó por al menos un mes y luego volví con el mismo problema, pasó el tiempo y yo simplemente seguía con lo mismo se me calmaba por algunos meses y volvían los malestares entonces fuí poco a poco perdiendo el apetito ya no me gustaba comer por ende fuí perdiendo muchísimo peso y así poco a poco fué decayendo mi salud, volví a tener la hemoglobina baja,me sentía débil, volvían los vómitos y las diarreas y tomé muchísimos medicamentos que solo eran una curita en una gran herida profunda. Me realizaron muchísimos estudios dónde se reflejaba que tenía la flora bacteriana aumentada y una bacteria llamada Giardia que es causada por agua contaminada 💧
En todo este tiempo han sido muchos análisis y muchas veces internada en el centro ambulatorio de salud. En todo este proceso mi autoestima solo iba decayendo, solo me sentía más triste y lo único que quería era sanarme, han sido 3 años llenos de lágrimas y también de mucha motivación para seguir luchando 💙
In December 2019 it all started as simple vomiting and diarrhea, which we thought was just something that had gone wrong with me, but it didn't, it calmed down for at least a month and then I came back with the same problem, Time went by and I simply continued with the same thing, it calmed me down for a few months and then the discomfort returned, then I gradually lost my appetite, I no longer liked to eat, therefore I lost a lot of weight and so little by little my health declined, my hemoglobin was low again, I felt weak, the vomiting and diarrhea returned and I took a lot of medications that were only a band-aid on a large deep wound. I underwent a lot of studies which showed that I had an increased bacterial flora and a bacterium called Giardia which is caused by contaminated water 💧.
In all this time there have been many tests and many times hospitalized in the outpatient health center. Throughout this process my self-esteem was only declining, I only felt sadder and the only thing I wanted was to heal myself, it has been 3 years full of tears and also a lot of motivation to keep fighting 💙.
Tuve la oportunidad de ir a dos gastroenterólogos que me recetaron tratamientos los cuales me han funcionado desde inicios de este año, todo este proceso ha sido fuerte, hasta llegué a desmayarme en el baño de mi casa porque estaba demasiado débil, me he sentido triste, confundida y desesperada en todo este proceso pero solo ha sido un motivo para seguí adelante y brillar, he visto mejoras desde que estoy haciendo al pie de la letra lo que me ha enviado el doctor y poco a poco fuí recuperando mi salud y mi felicidad, aún lucho contra esta enfermedad, hay alimentos que simplemente me hacen mal y otros a los que soy alérgica, mi intestino luego de tantos medicamentos ha estado en reposo en una muy buena dieta que me ha permitido sanar, Espero que si te encuentras en una situación parecida puedas sanar y no desistas, lucha por tu vida, lucha por sanar, el mundo te espera para brillar ✨💙
I had the opportunity to go to two gastroenterologists who prescribed me treatments which have worked since the beginning of this year, this whole process has been strong, I even fainted in the bathroom of my house because I was too weak, I have felt sad, confused and desperate throughout this process but it has only been a reason to go ahead and shine, I have seen improvements since I am doing to the letter what the doctor has sent me and little by little I was recovering my health and my happiness, I still fight against this disease, there are foods that simply make me sick and others to which I am allergic, my intestine after so many medications has been at rest in a very good diet that has allowed me to heal, I hope that if you find yourself in a similar situation you can heal and do not give up, fight for your life, fight to heal, the world is waiting for you to shine ✨💙.

Debes cuidarte mucho, todos padecemos cosas pero hay quienes pasan por otras que son un terrible pesar como lo que nos comentas. Espero que puedas seguir superando las desgracias que nos coloca la vida a todos y te deseo mucha fuerza.
Por otro lado debes cuidar la forma de tu texto porque los primeros párrafos están bien centrados (Justificados con el comando) pero luego pierde la forma porque no está justificado con los comandos. Cuida mucho la forma de tus textos porque aquí hay algunos curadores que les llama la atención en cómo realizamos nuestros escritos y los presentamos al público.

Amiga saludos, eso no es nada fácil, pero al tiempo nos acostumbramos, a mí me lo diagnosticaron a los 28 años y gracias a Dios han pasado 17 años más y es como si no lo tuviera..
Solo es cuestión de cambiar los hábitos alimenticios..
