Hola de nuevo Hivers amantes del pensamiento crítico y filósofico. En esta ocasión, vengo a presentarles en forma de episodios mis reflexiones sobre temas de nuestros tiempos desde una mirada estrictamente filosófica.

En esta entrega inicial voy a comentar un poco las características que a mí parecer definen este nuevo siglo como un nuevo renacimiento. Al mismo tiempo, intentaré explicar de forma muy puntual y simple conceptos básicos como "Sociedad del Conocimiento", "4ta Revolución Industrial" y "Globalización " que nos ayudarán a descifrar este nuevo renacer propuesto.

Abstract:

Hello again Hivers lovers of critical and philosophical thinking. On this occasion, I come to present to you in the form of episodes my reflections on issues of our times from a strictly philosophical point of view.
In this initial installment I will comment a little on the characteristics that in my opinion define this new century as a new renaissance. At the same time, I will try to explain in a very punctual and simple way basic concepts such as "Knowledge Society", "4th Industrial Revolution" and "Globalization" that will help us to decipher this proposed new renaissance.

Siglo XXI...

Los años 2000 iniciaron con un unas cuantas heridas que no sanaron en el pasado. 2 guerras mundiales, la guerra fría, éxodo de pueblos, virus, bombas nucleares, terrorismo, drogas...

Era obvio todo lo que seguiría después.

Después de los años 2000 todo dió un giro. Convertimos los problemas que no existían en problemas reales. La retórica tomó más poder que nunca, el lenguaje que asombra masas también las critican, y sin embargo también corrige y educa.

No obstante, cada año avanzamos más como mundo, generando desarrollo desde nuestras latitudes.

Nuestro contexto se presenta con muchos beneficios para el desarrollo de nuestros talentos y de nuestra humanidad.

Si con las grandes bibliotecas y educación anterior (que era además bastante cerrada al libre pensamiento) se lograron tantas mentes brillantes como por ejemplo Da Vinci... ¿Cuántas mentes como Da Vinci podemos ayudar a producir gracias al internet y una educación un poco más libre?

Eso es precisamente lo que vengo a exponerles aquí, las características de nuestro siglo para producir y hacer de nosotros y de nuestro entorno parte de un nuevo renacimiento.

21st Century...

The 2000s began with a few wounds that did not heal in the past. 2 world wars, the cold war, exodus of peoples, viruses, nuclear bombs, terrorism, drugs....
It was obvious what would follow.
After the 2000s everything took a turn. We turned problems that did not exist into real problems. Rhetoric became more powerful than ever, the language that amazes the masses also criticizes them, and yet also corrects and educates.
Nevertheless, every year we advance more as a world, generating development from our latitudes.
Our context presents itself with many benefits for the development of our talents and our humanity.
If with the great libraries and previous education (which was also quite closed to free thought) so many brilliant minds like Da Vinci, for example, were achieved? How many minds like Da Vinci can we help produce thanks to the internet and a slightly freer education?
That is precisely what I come to expose here, the characteristics of our century to produce and make us and our environment part of a new renaissance.

La Sociedad del Conocimiento

Es inevitable no pensar que nuestro siglo se define por el conocimiento. Toda la tecnología y herramientas del día a día son parte de una evolución y refinación del conocimiento del pasado y así seguirá siendo exponencialmente. Sin embargo, no todo es wi-fi y blockchain.

Esa es precisamente una de las premisas que utilizo, para poder hablar del valioso tiempo que vivimos en el siglo XXI, a pesar de las crisis que también tenemos...

Para nadie es un secreto que el uso de internet cambió para siempre la forma en la que hacemos vida social, laboral, cultural etc.

No en vano, esta nueva tendencia innovadora de la economía llamada 4ta revolución industrial está sustentada en su mayoría por internet.

Pero es que... ¿Cómo no usar internet? Las ventajas que trajo este tipo de conectividad ha sido uno de los logros más importantes de la humanidad.

No solamente une fronteras a través de redes sociales. Mercados, monedas, Instituciones, empresas y demás, están ya sobre esta capa de lo que llamamos Sociedad 2.0

La automatización de trabajos generará más creatividad de parte de los humanos. El internet es una forma de ayudarnos también a conectarnos con nosotros mismos, de aprender a dedicarnos a ser más humanos y con conocimiento y herramientas poder vivir de forma eficaz y eficiente.

It not only unites borders through social networks. Markets, currencies, institutions, companies and others are already on this layer of what we call Society 2.0.
The automation of jobs will generate more creativity on the part of humans. The internet is a way to help us also to connect with ourselves, to learn to dedicate ourselves to be more human and with knowledge and tools to be able to live effectively and efficiently.

El impacto de la Globalización

Y por último y no menos importante, la 3ra premisa que caracteriza nuestro futuro renacimiento.

Cada vez más el mundo es territorio más unido. Sé que existen todavía muchos enfrentamientos bélicos. Ucrania - Rusia, Israel - Palestina. Corea del norte... Etc.

Pero eso no niega que cada vez más el mundo esté más atento a las cosas que pasan. Aunque sí sucede que hay cierta censura en los medios de comunicación, muy probablemente las noticias de carácter internacional se saben y ahora más que antes afecta, ya todos invierten en distintos lados del mundo.

Sumado a todo a lo anterior, los distintos exodos se distintos pueblos en busca de una mejor calidad de vida o desarrollo para ellos y sus familias. Ese fenómeno social si bien a sacado lado más xenófobo de muchos también el lado más empático de otros.

Es por ello que es tan real hablar de globalización. Cada vez estamos más conectados.

But that does not deny that more and more the world is more and more attentive to the things that happen. Although it does happen that there is some censorship in the media, most probably the news of international character are known and now more than before it affects, and everyone invests in different parts of the world.
In addition to all of the above, the various exoduses of different peoples in search of a better quality of life or development for themselves and their families. Although this social phenomenon has brought out the most xenophobic side of many, it has also brought out the most empathetic side of others.
That is why it is so real to talk about globalization. We are becoming more and more connected.

La esperanza de un renacer

Así pues, al igual que en 1500, la gran premisa era el paso de la fé a la razón. En los 2000 pasamos de la información al conocimiento de nosotros mismos y sin embargo, seguimos aprendiendo. Hemos visto que hemos Sido capaces de destruir al mundo, pero también de reconstruirlo

¿Por qué no empezamos renaciendo nosotros mismos? Y así poco a poco buscando ese despertar colectivo que todavía nos hace falta para dirigir con buen destino estos tiempos de los que somos responsables.
