Business Dynamics That Keep Me Thriving

Subscriptions - What are your thoughts on subscriptions? Should all businesses use them, or should they only be offered by certain types of businesses? Do you think there are benefits for consumers? How would consumers benefit?

Adeolu Eletu
A subscription could be defined in many ways. It could mean an agreement to a support group or professional network. I subscribe to a yearly management forum for professionals in the business management space. Again, I subscribe to a monthly recruitment plan on LinkedIn and other social and recruitment platforms to help make my work easier.

Subscription is a great way to connect with like-minded people and make work seamless. Most often, when I am stuck at any point while executing my job. I reach out to my professional platform to share the challenge and get support from members. We also have other forums that engage with business engagements, such as manufacturing, importation, management, etc.

Businesses should be able to subscribe to platforms that impact their businesses to gain support. Again, this support can take the form of exposure and monthly newsletters for business activities such as annual trade exhibitions, trade fairs, and other international and national events.

Furthermore, depending on the services rendered and the products manufactured by these companies, they should subscribe to bodies and platforms that engage, elevate, and bring visibility to them.
Additionally, as businesses grow, transform, and reposition, consumers stand a chance of gaining value and enjoying quality products and services. It becomes a mutual benefit for both parties.

For example, when one of the telecom industries in my country of origin installed submarine cables across the Pacific Ocean. Other telecoms companies subscribed to that added value and strengthened their businesses. Others even upgrade to a 5G network. Today, almost all consumers are clamouring to upgrade to a 5G network for strong data and international calls.

In conclusion, companies should look before they leap; they should assess and consider the benefits and values of any subscription before delving into it because not all that glitters is gold.

I like how you ended your content as it somehow relates to what I had in mind.Ever plan has its pros and cons and What work for one might not work for the other.

I like your perspective on subscribing to job sites to improve professional experience. Although I know how important they are, I've honestly never used the paid version of LinkedIn because I don't have the money, and even if I did, my country is closed to many international services and payment platforms. This makes me wonder, is the paid version of LinkedIn really that different from similar sites?

Yes, it is, it offers the premium service and as a result gives you access to insightful data about so many opportunities baased on your subscription.
It is worth trying. I do use it but not all through the year.

Oooooh I didn't even think about this kind of subscriptions. I had in mind only the streaming services. So, basically it's like a club of talented people that help each other, that's awesome!
